Subscription Billing Terms

1. What you are purchasing

TrueLink is operated by Chengtong Zhihui Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, Tax ID 60381491). A subscription is a monthly plan that gives you access to AI content generation, SEO and structured-data tools, and the publishing features described on the pricing page.

The plan you selected at checkout, and the features listed on the pricing page for that plan, define what your subscription includes.

2. Billing cycle and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

If we change the price of your plan, the new price applies only from your next renewal, and we notify you by email before it takes effect.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time.

International subscribers: cancel from the customer portal link included in every Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email support@truelink-group.com. Lemon Squeezy is the payment provider that processes international subscription payments for us.

After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no further charges.

4. Refunds

4a. Consent to immediate delivery

Before generating the first article in a billing period, you confirm that you want immediate performance and that you understand you lose any statutory right of withdrawal for that period once a certificate is issued.

Your confirmation is recorded with a timestamp.

5. Free tier

The free tier is permanently free. No payment method is required, and nothing on this page about billing, renewal or refunds applies to it.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the service is governed by our general terms of service and acceptable use rules: truelink-group.com/legal.html.

Common questions

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, the new price applies only from your next renewal, and we notify you by email before it takes effect.

How do I cancel my TrueLink subscription?
International subscribers cancel from the customer portal link included in every Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing support@truelink-group.com. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no further charges.

Can I get a refund for the current billing period?
If you have generated no article in the current billing period, you may request a full refund of that period within 14 days of payment by emailing support@truelink-group.com. Once you have generated an article and issued a certificate for it, that billing period is not refundable, because the service has been delivered and the certificate is permanently published and independently verifiable.

Is cancelling the same as a refund?
No. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current period, and your access continues until the end of that period.

Does any of this apply to the free tier?
No. The free tier is permanently free and requires no payment method, so billing, renewal and refund rules do not apply to it.

Where is the confirmation in section 4a shown?
Inside the product, before you generate the first article of a billing period. It appears once per billing period for paid plans only, and your confirmation is stored with a server-side timestamp against that billing period.
